Effective September 16, 2026. These terms are an early-stage draft for the FindCloseMatch prototype and should receive legal review before a public commercial launch.
Accepting these terms
By accessing or using FindCloseMatch, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
FindCloseMatch lets users upload a garment image and receive visually similar results from a product catalogue. Search results are suggestions, not guarantees of identity, authenticity, fit, availability, price or quality.
Prototype status
The service is under active development. Features, catalogues, rankings and availability may change or stop without notice. Product information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious files, automate excessive requests, violate another person's rights, or use FindCloseMatch for unlawful activity.
Your uploads
You retain any rights you hold in images you upload. You confirm that you have permission to submit them. You grant FindCloseMatch the limited permission needed to process each image and provide the requested search.
Catalogue content
Product names, images, brands and other catalogue information may belong to their respective owners. Displaying an item does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a commercial relationship unless expressly stated.
Third-party services
Future results may link to retailers or affiliate partners. Their sites, prices, products, privacy practices and transactions are controlled by those third parties, not FindCloseMatch. Any affiliate relationship should be disclosed near the relevant links.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FindCloseMatch does not warrant uninterrupted operation or that results will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FindCloseMatch and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material revisions should be identified by changing the effective date. Continuing to use the service after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
